About 212 Ocean Cove
Our family visited OIB and stayed at Ocean Cove many years ago and once we got to the top of the bridge overlooking the island, we were hooked for life! After waking up to our first ocean front sunrise and experiencing an OIB sunset, our dream and mission was to work our butts off and eventually buy our own condo at Ocean Cove. Years later our dream finally came true when we purchased Unit 212. We bought 212 at foreclosure and it was in need of a complete renovation. So, after 2 years of working weekends, holidays and whenever we could find extra time, we finally completed work in 2020. Our original plan was to not open it up as a rental property but after much consideration, we have to decided to share our dream and this magical location with others. Unit 212 is centrally located within the Ocean Cove Complex with a private balcony overlooking the pool, huge pool deck and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. All appliances, furniture and beds are new for the 2020 season! It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a separate Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. It features a full size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, wet bar, 2 smart TVs, wireless internet, bunk bed nook and more…
